GOOD VIBES BOAT RIDES — WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING

**ALL GUESTS INCLUDING MINORS MUST HAVE A COMPLETED WAIVER PRIOR TO CHECK IN**​​

I acknowledge that by signing this document, I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue Good Vibes Boat Rides, its owners, employees, agents, affiliated entities, and any associated vessels (whether owned, leased, chartered, or otherwise operated), collectively referred to as the “Released Parties.”

I understand that my participation in boating or related water-based activities organized by or affiliated with Good Vibes Boat Rides is voluntary and involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to:

• Equipment failure or malfunction

• Weather or water conditions

• Boarding or disembarking the boat

• Slippery surfaces and dock activities

• Interaction with marine life

• Actions or inactions of other participants

• Injuries such as cuts, sprains, broken bones, back or neck injuries, or even death

I voluntarily assume all such risks, both known and unknown, and accept full responsibility for my participation.

I certify that I am in good physical condition and capable of participating in boat rides and any related activities, including swimming, water transfers, or other water sports (if offered). I understand that Good Vibes Boat Rides does not provide medical services and that medical attention, if needed, may be delayed due to the nature of the activity.

I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or causes of action that may arise from injury, illness, loss, or damages incurred during my participation, regardless of fault, including claims resulting from the negligence of the Released Parties.

I further agree that I, my heirs, or any legal representatives will not sue or make claims against the Released Parties for any injury or damages, and I expressly agree to indemnify and hold them harmless should any claim be made.

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO RELEASE

I grant Good Vibes Boat Rides and its representatives the right to take photographs or videos of me during my participation and to use those images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to web content, advertising, and printed materials. I waive any right to royalties or other compensation related to such use.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT. I UNDERSTAND IT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY IT IN FULL.
