To reserve your tour, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your scheduled departure.  Preferred methods of payment include Venmo, Zelle, or Cash.  If another method is needed, please reach out to us.  ​

We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate our guests. If you need to cancel:

• Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable.

Please note: Cancellations due to personal weather concerns are not permitted. Our experienced captains closely monitor conditions and will determine if a tour needs to be postponed or canceled for safety reasons. If we cancel due to weather or unsafe conditions, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
